Description:

Program Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00pm - 5:45pm.

Whether your child is new to cheerleading or looking to improve their skills, this class is the perfect place to build a strong foundation in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.

Participants will learn and develop:

• Proper cheer motions and technique
• Jump technique with an emphasis on form, height, and flexibility
• Tumbling fundamentals and progressive skill development
• Strength, balance, coordination, and body control
• Confidence, teamwork, and performance skills

Instruction is tailored to each athlete's experience level, allowing beginners to learn the basics while more experienced athletes continue building and refining their skills. Safety, proper technique, and individual progress are emphasized in every class.

This class is ideal for athletes interested in school cheer, competitive cheer, or anyone who wants to stay active while learning new skills in a supportive and structured environment.

Each cheer session includes 8 total classes, held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–5:45 PM.

Required age: 6 - 9 years old on the day of the activity
