Description:
This class will be a mix of yoga styles designed to help participants connect breath to movement. Through a series of both standing and seated poses, participants will grow in their strength, balance, and mobility. Options will be available for participants to make each class as relaxing or challenging as they like. Every class will end with a calming meditation to provide grounding for the day to come.
