Description:

Participants will stretch and warm up and proceed into the workout portion of the course. Depending on experience, you will learn the basics or various techniques, requirements, while practicing under black belt supervision.

Each student will get an orientation booklet, grade-level guide for home practice, access to videos of Sensei Gruber to facilitate practice at home and access to Blackbelt and higher-belted students for support.

Gruber Karate is a traditional martial arts school, which teaches the karate style Isshin ShorinJi Ryu. 
They focus on providing all students a strong foundation for becoming a champion, not only in karate but in life. No contracts or testing fees.
