Looking for a fun and engaging way to spend your time? If you’re an active adult over 50, we invite you to join us for our weekly drop-in activities, exciting trips, and more! Whether you want to make new friends, stay active, or try something new, we have something for everyone. So why not come and join us today? We can’t wait to meet you!

Get your Active Adult Activity Pass (60 and older only) to join the fun! The Pass gives you access to our growing list of Drop-In activities, including using the walking track and fitness equipment, before or after Video Aerobics and Cards. The Activity Pass is $20 for residents and $25 for non-residents and is valid for the current calendar year 2025.  Purchase your pass at the registration desk during regular business hours (9:00am-4:00pm) and take advantage of the fun.  Not ready to commit?  Pay just $1 per drop-in activity!

Video Aerobics - Drop In

Energize your day and enhance your balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health with a low-impact workout.  Our program features diverse fitness videos designed to accommodate all abilities.

Cards - Drop-In

Come join this lively community for some enjoyable competition! This engaging group gathers weekly to play a variety of games, including Canasta and Hand, Foot, and Knee. Bring a friend and your favorite game. Remember to pack some snacks or lunch in case you get hungry.

Active Adult Trips

Join the Park District for some adventure this season! Our trips are a fun and easy way to make the most of your Summer! We've planned trips that will delight all your senses this season! Click the "Trips" drop-down menu below for more information and to register! Transportation is in a Park District bus (unless noted).  Fees are per person. The return times are approximate.  Lindenhurst residents will receive $5 off each Active Adult Trip.

Trip Refund Policy: Refunds are only given under the following circumstances:

• A full refund will be given if the Park District cancels the trip.
• A refund, less a cancellation fee, will be given if the spot can be filled.
• A refund,  less a cancellation fee, and any pre-paid cost will be given when you withdraw at least 7 days prior to the trip.
• Withdrawals within 7 days of the trip will only be refunded for medical or relocation reasons and will be less a cancellation fee and pre-paid cost.  
• Pre-paid cost may consist of tickets, admission, meals, and/or supplies.
