Summer Camp 2026 Registration - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Sessions for ages 6-12 yrs: June 29 to August 28//2026
• Sessions for ages 13-21 yrs: June 29 to August. 28/2026

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• Up to 30 days prior to camp start date: 100% refund
• Up to 8 days prior to camp start date: 50% refund
• Week before camp start date: no refund

LATE PICK-UP POLICY:

We allow for 5 minutes grace and then a charge of $1 per each minute will be applied thereafter.

CAMPER SUPERVISION STATEMENT:

The Lotus Centre Camp Program provides a minimum camper- to- staff ratio of 2:1. 

Camp staff will make every effort to provide the support required within the camp environment. If, during the course of the program, camp staff determine that additional support is necessary to ensure the safety or success of the camper or others, the following responses may occur:

• My camper may be sent home until appropriate support is arranged.

• Funding for any additional support required for my camper to return to camp is the responsibility of the parent. The Lotus Centre is unable to provide 1:1 staffing for this program.

• No refunds will be issued for any portion of camp missed if camper attendance is deemed to be unsafe for the camper or others.
