Description:
What is sound therapy and how does it work? The stress of daily living affects us all and can prevent us from functioning at our full potential. A sound therapy treatment provides a quiet and gentle space where we can be surrounded by harmonic sound, letting our brains “switch off” so that our bodies, minds and spirits can move to a place of greater health and well-being. Using the voice and instruments, Jennifer puts sound into the client’s body and works to bring a client to a place of relaxation so that the body, mind and spirit can begin to do their own work of healing. Different clients need different things and every treatment session is unique.
Notes: What to Bring • Yoga mat, soft mattress or reclining chair • a pillow • a warm blanket – or two for added warmth! • a water bottle • dress in warm, comfortable clothing
