Our Tennis Camp program provides a safe and fun environment for growth and development of their tennis. Lead by our team of creative program leaders and certified instructors, Mayfair camps are designed to meet the needs of all levels of play for children aged 7 to 10.

Notes: General Disclaimer I am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in my attendance at the Premises and participation in the activities of the Club and I voluntarily, knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participating in the activities of the Club and entering the Premises, including, but not limited to, my own actions or inactions (or the actions or inactions of my minor child/ward), the actions or inactions of others (including but not limited to the Club owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), illnesses, infections, contact with others (including but not limited to the Club owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), navigating any, and all, obstacles and any defects of the Premises. This waiver is in addition to and does not replace all other Mayfair Clubs waivers. Cancellation Policy Mayfair Clubs requires a minimum of seven (7) days written notice from a registrant looking to cancel an event and/or activity. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program will be issued a credit for a future program. No credit will be issued for cancellation requests for any reason received less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program. Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any program on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive credit for a future program. If the program has begun, credit will be issued for the unused portion of the program. Written notice of cancellations can be sent to the Club Manager of the location of your programming. Mayfair Clubs Membership Pricing Policy Exclusive Pricing for Existing and Active Members Existing and active Mayfair Clubs members are entitled to exclusive pricing on our programs. When you go to check out your registration, you will be asked to identify the participant as a Member or Non Member. Once you select the option for Member, a discount will be applied to your purchase. The participant being enrolled into the activity MUST be an active Mayfair Clubs member in order to receive the discounted price. You will need to provide the participant’s Membership number when you complete your registration. Membership numbers can be found on your renewal letters. Non-Member Registration and Payment Non-Members can register for our Camps and Programs. However, if you register for a program or camp, and indicate that you are a member without being an active Mayfair Clubs member, you will be charged the price difference between the non-member fee and the amount paid for the member fee. Additionally, an administrative processing fee may be applied in some cases. Pricing & Payment Adjustments If our team contacts you via the email on file to inform you that your membership is not active or on file and you need to pay the difference to account for the non-member rate, applicable fees will be incurred. Payment Deadline You will have 3 business days from the date of notification to provide payment. Late Payment Fees If payment is not received within the 3-business day period, an additional $25 administrative processing fee will be applied, in addition to the price difference that will be charged. Cancellation Policy If the situation is not resolved within 10 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your registration fee.
