Students will be grouped according to their age and skill level. Through games, drills and on-court coaching, our fun-filled clinics will teach the fundamentals of pickleball and stroke development!

Notes: Guest Policy for Non-Member Access: Our facilities are for Members and program participants only. Guests and parents may access the viewing gallery, bistro, family changeroom, and washrooms, but are not permitted in fitness or racquet areas. Violations may result in removal from the program and a permanent ban. We appreciate your cooperation. Concussion Awareness (Rowan’s Law): Participants 18+: I confirm I will review an official Ontario Concussion Awareness Resource before registering and review the Concussion Code of Conduct upon registration. Participants under 18: As a parent/guardian, I confirm I will review an official Ontario Concussion Awareness Resource before registration and review the Concussion Code of Conduct upon registration. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 7 days' written notice is required for cancellations. Requests made less than 7 days prior to the program will not receive credits. If Mayfair Clubs cancels a program, registrants will receive a credit for a future program or the unused portion if the program has started. Cancellations must be sent to the Club Manager. Registration Changes or Adjustments: Changes to your child’s registration (e.g., level, time) will incur a $25 processing fee per adjustment. This fee is non-refundable unless waived for administrative errors or unforeseen circumstances. Assumption of Risks: I understand the risks involved in participating in Mayfair Clubs activities, including injury or even death, and voluntarily assume all such risks. Parent/Guardian Signature: By registering, I acknowledge I’ve read and agreed to the terms and waive any claims against Mayfair Clubs for injuries, damages, or negligence. I also grant permission for Mayfair Clubs to use participant photos or videos for promotional purposes. Mayfair Clubs Membership Pricing Policy: Active Members: Must provide a valid membership number to receive the discounted price. Non-Members: Can register but will be charged the difference between non-member and member rates, plus a $25 processing fee if applicable. Payment & Late Fees: You’ll have 3 business days to pay any balance due after notification of an inactive membership. A $25 late fee will apply if payment is not received within 3 business days. Cancellation for Non-Payment: If unresolved within 10 business days, your registration may be canceled, and your fee refunded. Please ensure accurate membership information to avoid inconvenience.
