Notes on Registration

  • In order to confirm your member pricing, you will need your Mayfair Clubs member number. Your membership number can be located on your Membership Renewal letter that is delivered by email. Please note: Your membership number is 6 digits and is different from your key tag scan code. If you are unsure, you can also contact the Front Desk.
  • If you are a member but your child is not, you will need to register your child as a guest.
  • If you incorrectly register as a member and your account isn’t in our member database or is not currently active, you will be charged the Member discount difference and an admin charge may apply.
  • You will need to call the Club to cancel your registration.
  • If you need an exception made for the age requirement of your child, please contact the program contact for the camp.
  • If you have a Gift Certificate, please call the Club prior to registering online.
  • Our Tennis, Advanced Tennis and Pickleball Camp Registration closes at 9am on the Friday prior. However, for 4-day weeks, the deadline is 9am on the Thursday prior. Don’t miss your chance to secure your spot!

Please Note: Cancellation Policy & Waitlist

Mayfair Clubs requires a minimum of seven (7) days written notice from a registrant looking to cancel an event and/or activity. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program will be issued a credit for a future program. No credits will be issued for cancellation requests for any reason received less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program. Please note: We do not offer refunds and we do not offer make-up classes/sessions/days.

If certain weeks are listed as full, there may be spots available in certain age groups. To verify, please contact the camp organizer listed as the contact in the camp details.
