Description
Belle Mountain: Provides gentle terrain for beginners & Families. It provides a nice short run area plus lot's of hidden area's as well. The 13 km trail to the alpine and newly expanded cabin, that accommodates for more riders. Main parking lot at 5 km on the Belle Mountain forest service road has a loading ramp. Lucille Mountain: There is a 13 km trail to the alpine and warm up cabin. Offers terrain to satisfy every level of rider from novice to extreme and is usable earlier and later in the season than other area's. Lucille has ample fresh snow and gently sloped hills to help you gain confidence and skill as you shred. Parking lot is located on Lucille Mountain forest service road and has a loading ramp. The Renshaw: McBride's flagship area, boasting the largest managed riding area in BC. Exceptional backcountry snowmobiling opportunities for the beginner to the pure extremist. A 30 km groomed trail takes you to the cabin in the alpine. Main parking lot at roughly 18 km on Mountain View road can accommodate large trailers and has a loading ramp. Tommy Creek: McBride's Newest riding area that is still under development, presently recommended for intermediate/advanced riders. This area is almost as big as Renshaw. Head east out of town HWY 16E for 11kms, cross the Holmes(Beaver) River and turn left onto Holmes FSR, (collection booth is off the highway). Ask collection attendants for parking locations, future cabin and permanent parking in progress of being built.
