Take your young strings player's technical and musical skills to the next level! This class builds on beginning violin programming, adding new technical and musical skills with each piece of repertoire. 

Regular parent attendance is highly encouraged for students up to age 10. For students age 11 and up, please confirm the suggested parent attendance for your child with your group class teacher.

Don’t forget your instrument! Every student will need their own instrument before the first day of class. Rentals are available through Merit’s Instrument Library for $10 per month. Check out Merit's Music & Instrument Library to learn about your instrument rental options, or contact Strings Program Manager, Nicole Hernandez (nhernandez@meritmusic.org), for instrument purchase recommendations.
