5:45 PM - "Whine" and Cheese: We’ll provide the wine and cheese, you bring the “whine!” Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with other Adult Children Caregivers for socialization and support.

Planning for Later Life Care: Lori Hardoon, LCSW and Maria Lever, LCSW of Guiding Hearts Helping Hands will explore legal, financial and practical planning for families providing later life care. This session will include valuable tips for addressing sensitive conversations and practical information to help your family member’s goals and wishes stay at the forefront of their care.

7:00 PM - Cookies and Conversation: debrief and share with other Adult Children Caregivers, while enjoying a bite for the road.
