5:45 PM - "Whine" and Cheese: We’ll provide the wine and cheese, you bring the “whine!” Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with other Adult Children Caregivers for socialization and support.

6:00 PM – Communicating with Healthcare Providers: Lori Hardoon, LCSW and Maria Lever, LCSW of Guiding Hearts Helping Hands will share practical tips and heartfelt guidance on how to communicate and navigate complex medical decisions with your parents’ healthcare team, ensuring the care they receive truly honors their personal goals, and what matters most.

7:00 PM - Cookies and Conversation: debrief and share with other Adult Children Caregivers, while enjoying a bite for the road.
