Description:
Sacred Sound Bath Join Darren Marc Levene for a sacred sound bath designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. We'll begin with ten minutes of gentle, yoga-inspired stretches to prepare the body and mind for deep rest. You'll then be invited to surrender to the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ambient guitar and vocals, and other healing instruments. This experience invites deep relaxation, the release of stress and tension, and a reconnection with the peace within. We will close with a brief loving-kindness meditation, sending compassion to the world. Member Fee: $20
Non-Member Fee: $30
