Description:

Combo classes are an unique opportunity to study multiple styles of dance while focusing on Acro Basics. Acro combines the skills of dance and gymnastics to help students develop strength, flexibility balance and discipline.

Students will learn:

Gymnastic fundamentals tailored to dancers

Safe practices to increase flexibility

Core strength development and muscle control
