Description:

This class explores a high energy expressive dance style that combines African and European dance techniques. The style emphasizes syncopated movements and a variety of movement dynamics.

Students will learn:

Body part "isolations"

Weight shifts while moving

Typical Jazz moves which include ball change, box step, chasse, pirouettes, and chaine turns
