Description:

Modern Jazz Dance Technique is a high energy expressive dance style that combines African and European dance techniques. The style emphasizes syncopated movements and  a variety of movement dynamics. Students will learn: Body part "isolations"/ Weight Shift while moving/ Typical Jazz moves which include Ball Change, Box Step, Chasse   Benefits: Expand movement vocabulary Improve coordination and balance.
