Description:

Dance to Bond is a dynamic and fun-loving class that brings together parent and child in joint movement instruction. Sessions create a warm sense of community, with families meeting and connecting with each other in dynamic warm-up and creative movement exercises. Along the way, both child and parent will have the opportunity to create new bonds and build upon existing ones, all through the strength of dance and movement!

Presented in partnership with the Paige Frasier Foundation.

Dancers will learn:

General warm-up

Creative movement exercises

Basic dance movements
