Dining Hall Rental Details (Non-Wedding Rental)
Your rental includes access to the Dining Hall from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please ensure all personal items are removed, and the facility is cleaned by 9:00 PM.

Included with your rental:

• Tables & Chairs: (31) 72” round tables, (10) 6’ rectangular tables, and (250) chairs
• Restrooms: Two large restrooms
• Kitchen Access: Refrigerators, freezers, ice machine, dishwasher, stovetop burners, and ovens
  • Note: The deep fryer, convection oven, and other kitchen amenities are not available for use.

Facility Rules & Regulations

• Setup & Cleanup: All tables and chairs must be cleaned and returned to their original location.
• Rental Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Reservation Window: Rentals may be booked up to 365 days in advance.
• Animals: Not permitted inside buildings, except for service animals.
• Alcohol: Prohibited without a permit. Liability insurance may be required.
• Commercial/Profit-Based Events: Must be approved by the Park Superintendent/Venue Manager. Insurance is required.
• Cooking & Open Flames: Allowed only in designated areas.
• Signage: Any event signage placed on park property or nearby roads must be removed by the renter at the event's conclusion.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside all buildings, in wooded areas, and within 100 feet of athletic fields.
• Cleanup Responsibilities: Renters must clean up all spills, trash, and food debris inside and outside the building, disposing of trash in the designated dumpster.  Wiping down the counter and a sweep of the floor before exiting is also the responsibility of the renter.  The building upon your exit should resemble the condition you found it in. 
  • Note: Littering, including cigarette butts, is strictly discouraged.
• Prohibited Items: The use of confetti, paint, water balloons, or balloon releases will result in an automatic $50 cleaning fee.
• Damage & Cleaning Fees: Failure to follow cleanup procedures may result in additional charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the rental date are eligible for a 75% refund (excluding taxes and fees). A 25% cancellation fee applies.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation.
• All refunds are provided as an account credit.
• We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to weather.
• Failure to cancel (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of all fees, taxes, and deposits.
