Feather Pavilion - Seats 50 - $125.00 for the day

• This pavilion comes with electricity, water, and a charcoal grill. 
• Restrooms and the park store is a very short walk away from the pavilion.
• Feather Pavilion is close to the swimming and fishing areas in Feather Pond. All fishing is catch and release. A fishing license is not required.
• Reservations can be done via online, on the phone, or in person. Please call (304) 594-1773 for more information or to make a reservation. Our office hours are 9AM-5PM daily.  

• Details for pavilion rentals include:

  Pavilions are available to renters from 10:00 AM until dusk. Please have your items removed and facilities returned to their original condition no later than these times.

  We do NOT offer refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance. Rescheduling your stay, or a credit issued to your account may be possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully. 

  Pets must be on leashes not to exceed six feet in length. Cleaning up after your pet is required. Animals are NOT permitted entry into any building on Monongalia County Commission property except for service animals.

  Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on premises.

  Events charging admission for commercial use or profit-making ventures require permission from the Park Superintendent of Chestnut Ridge Park. Insurance Required!

  Open burning or cooking is allowed in designated areas only. No ground fires are allowed.

  All signage placed on the property by the renter must be removed by the close of the event.

  Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and within 15 feet of entrances, wooded areas on Monongalia County Commission property, and within 100 feet of the ponds, swimming area, and sledding area.

  Before exiting the pavilion at the conclusion of your rental, cleaning up all food droppings and spills, picking up all trash in and around the pavilion, removing tape from picnic tables, and taking all trash to the dumpster is required.  Do not drag trash bags through the pavilion area or parking lot. Take your tied garbage to the dumpster.

  Pieces of trash on the ground, outside the building, and cigarette butts will result in fees being charged.

  If any of these steps are not followed, a cleaning and/or damage charge will incur.
