Intermediate Power Skating – Spring Break Looking to sharpen your skating skills over spring break? Ritchot Recreation, in partnership with Competitive Edge Power, is offering an Intermediate Power Skating program designed to help young hockey and ringette players fine-tune their technique. This program focuses on edge control, acceleration, and improving overall skating efficiency to help athletes feel faster and more confident on the ice. This program is recommended for ages 6–10, but skaters must meet the skill requirements to register.Intermediate focuses on advanced forward skating techniques, acceleration and improving basic backwards skating techniques. Skaters must have decent forward stride and basic ability of stopping, crossovers, turns, transitions, along with basic ability of backward skating. 📍 St. Adolphe Arena Skaters must be registered or previously registered in hockey or ringette and come fully equipped with their gear.
