The High Performance Conditioning Camp is a conditioning and development program for athletes entering their second year U14, U16 or U19.

It will consist of one ice time and one dryland session per day.

High Performance Conditioning camps are for athletes who are looking to reach the next competitive level of our sport.

The camp will feature top notch instructors. This group accepts players and goalies born in  2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 that will be playing A or AA ringette in the upcoming season.

Sessions will start at approximately 3:15pm every day and run until 6:00pm.  We are waiting on exact times but will confirm with participants via email once they have been established.

Required age: 11 - 17 years old as of 12/31/2024

Notes: Administration fee: This fee is a non-refundable fee used to help offset the costs associated with credit card transactions and costs incurred prior to the delivery of the program. The Administration Fee is applied to each order, not each individual registration. Therefore, if a family is registering more than one child the fee is only applied once. In the event of a camp cancellation this fee will not be refunded. Read "Policies" for further refund/cancellation policies.

Prerequisites: This group is open to athletes born in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 who have played A or AA in the 2024-2025 season. PLEASE disregard the section labelled "Required age" as it is inaccurate. Use the birthdates listed under "Prerequisites".
