Description:

Thank you for your interest in NBS’ Adaptive Dance Program (ADP). Program subsidy for ADP includes both full and partial tuition coverage. Scholarships will be awarded through a comprehensive, needs-based assessment. The application will ask you some basic questions about you and the participant.  
 
If you require assistance completing the application, or have any questions throughout this process, please don't hesitate to contact the NBS Community Dance Department at adaptivedance@nbs-enb.ca or 416-964-3780. 

Once you have submitted the application an NBS staff will be in touch with any further questions.

 

Instructions

Step 1: Press "Register" to complete the application form for your dancer(s). You must register each student to successfully complete the form. Please disregard the posted schedule.

Step 2:  Complete the checkout process by selecting "Proceed to checkout" and "Proceed to payment" until you reach the full application page. There is no fee to complete this application.

Step 3: Complete the application in full and press "Proceed to payment" to submit. You will receive an email confirmation of this form completion. You must complete the entire form within 1 hour to submit. Do not navigate away from the application page, as changes will not be saved.
