Description:

The New Ballet Young Dancer Intensive provides expert ballet training for youger ballet students ages 7-12 years old in a joyful environment. Improve ballet technique and develop artistry with New Ballet's American Ballet Theatre certified faculty. Students will study ballet technique and learn classical ballet variations. Register by the week or drop-in by the day. 

10:30 - 12:30 technique class

12:00 - 12:30 break

1:00 - 2:00 variations/rehearsal/supplemental class

Dress code for this session is black leotard and pink/flesh colored tights for girls and gray/white dance top and black tights for boys.

Required age: 7 - 11 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: External Students: Previous ballet experience required, approximately beginning/intermediate level. Email info@newballet.com to schedule an assessment if you would like to determine that this program is the right level for you or to be assessed for Financial Aid or a Merit Scholarship. NBS Students: Level Primary C - 2B for the 2024-25 school year
