Description:

Adult Skills, Drill and Scrimmage are stand alone programs.

Each class is split into 3 parts:

25-30 minutes of Power Skating with a different focus each class
25-30 minutes of Skill Drills, including passing, shooting and puck control
30 minutes of controlled scrimmage with instructors guiding the play.

April 23rd class power skating focus is on Stopping and Quick Starts

Required age: 18 - 99 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Remember that this is an adult learning environment. Please be supportive of your fellow players. All programs are subject to cancellation if insufficient registration.  NO REFUNDS ISSUED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLASS.  An administration fee of 10% is charged on all refunds made. Participants are responsible for their medical coverage. Please email chris@ntarena.ca if you wish to file a refund request. The Arena Management and Staff are released from all losses of property and injury that may arise from this program.

Prerequisites: This is NOT a learn to skate class. The Adult Hockey Class is aimed towards players who have participated in recreational hockey already. You must have FULL hockey equipment, including a CSA approved helmet with at least a half-visor. Full facial protection is recommended.
