To be eligible for a Full Scholarship, families must:

• Attend an Oak Park District 97 school, AND

• Meet the qualifications for free or reduced lunch (listed on the chart below according to family size) OR

• are experiencing significant financial hardship.

(For each additional family member, add $ 8,177)

Full Scholarship Award Information:

• Scholarships for each child are limited to two weeks of full-day camp or four weeks of half-day camp, or any equivalent. 

• The REACH Sailing Camp will be considered the equivalent of a full-day, 2-week camp scholarship.

• Extended Day scholarships can be added to extend the camp day in the morning from 8 to 9 am (early drop off) or from 3 to 6 pm (extended camp

• The maximum scholarship award(per child) includes camp fees, early drop-off and extended camp. The value of free lunch will NOT be counted toward the award.

• Please note: Families will be considered ineligible for a 2023 scholarship if they secured a camp scholarship in past years but did not attend.  We will work with any family to accommodate schedule changes, but we require AT LEAST TWO WEEKS NOTICE to cancel without penalty.
