CLOSING AND CANCELLATIONS
Orion Township reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration, school closing due to inclement weather, holidays and vacations, or conditions beyond our control. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up whenever possible.

CLASS DATE CHANGES
Sometimes a class needs to be rescheduled or moved due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be given when possible.

50+ REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes things happen out of your control. If we have others waiting on the wait list and we can fill your spot we are happy to give you a refund or a credit on your account. Please call Melissa Opsahl at 248-391-0304 x3511 if you have questions. 

All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee except those canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department which will be refunded in full. All refunds will be by check, including payments made by credit card. Credit Card convenience fees are not covered under this policy. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
