CLOSING AND CANCELLATIONS
Orion Township reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration, school closing due to inclement weather, holidays and vacations, or conditions beyond our control. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up whenever possible.

CLASS DATE CHANGES
Sometimes a class needs to be rescheduled or moved due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be given when possible.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
A refund request must be made in writing prior to the beginning of the second class, regardless of attendance, and will be prorated for the cost of the first class. Any added expenses (shirts, material fees, etc.) will be subtracted from the refund amount.
All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee, except those cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department, which will be refunded in full. Any refunds processed as a credit on account will not be charged the administration fee. No refunds will be issued for classes meeting one or two times. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
