Prerequisites: No prior experience is needed but participants will need to supply their own set of cross-country skis for the winter. If this is their first time, we highly recommend purchasing a used set (Play it Again sports have great options) or a cheap set. There are also a few ski swaps in the Ottawa area in the Fall, which you can find online (including large Facebook groups).
