Join Brad Knaub owner of Carnivore Oak Park, and  Dave Odd, full time professional forager to the stars at Cheney Mansion to learn about and sample edible and medicinal wild plants and mushrooms that grow right in our own backyards.  Learn what is at it's peak right now and how you can use it to make them part of a tasty meal prepared by Brad in the Cheney Kitchen and enjoyed in our dining room. 2 drink tickets are included in your registration and offerings will pair with what is prepared.   Ages 21+
