Description:
Working off an integrated curriculum/structure, this class is appropriate for the beginner and advanced participant…it’s all about progression in each obstacle and individuals putting themselves to the test week after week. Class will include beginner, intermediate, and some of our most challenging obstacles aimed at building both strength, balance and agility. Class will typically include 3 circuits with 5-8 stations (obstacles) per circuit. Held at Ultimate Ninjas at 684 W. Lake St. in Elmhurst.
