Description:
This energetic fitness class in water is a fun way to exercise this fall! Our expert Aqua Aerobics instructor will lead you though a set of workouts using dance and strength training. This shallow water Aqua Aerobics class is a full-body workout that lasts 40 minutes and is a great way to start your morning. No experience necessary. Ages 14+
