Join one of many sessions cooking with Chef Tara Humphrey of the Global Peel. Chef Tara leads uniquely themed, hands-on cooking classes that perfectly blend history, anthropology, science, and math while eating like a global traveler! No two classes are the same. Spend a week learning the proper knife skills and enhance your knowledge of cooking styles and flavors. Sample your dishes and learn more about the cultures and history of humanity. Each week campers will explore a different geographic location along with that area's history, food, and flavors.

Notes: CANCELLATION POLICY A $25 cancellation fee will apply to refunds for each session of camp that costs over $150 and a $10 cancellation fee for camps less than $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the program begins to be eligible for a refund. Refunds requested within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant.
