Description:
Have fun moving and grooving to those songs that simply make you want to jump off your chair and move. After a brief warm-up, 40 minutes of heart-pumping dance to make your brain, heart, and body smile. A perfect mix of cardio fun on a weekday morning. No dance experience is required.
