Description:
Come out to Scoville Park for an afternoon walk with your peers. Your group leader, Ellen, will meet you there, near the statue, and pick a route around the neighborhood. Plenty of local businesses to visit afterward. Give Nordic walking a try by utilizing walking poles. Activate all of the muscles of the upper body as well, (poles available upon request, limited quantities available). These classes are all one-day registrations.
