The Oak Park Masters program is open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned swimmers, aiming to boost your technique, endurance, and fitness through facilitated workouts. Participants receive tailored support, including progress and time tracking, in a safe and motivating environment. In addition to offering a full-body workout, this program fosters community and encourages each swimmer's personal best - no competitive experience required!

To swim for Oak Park MASTERS, you must be a member of US Masters Swimming. Registration will be verified on the first day of practice. Registration is a requirement to assist in the creation of your PDOPM Swim Profile.

Required age: Over 14 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: The Park District understands that schedules change and are happy to accommodate refund requests when possible. If you would like, staff are happy to assist you in transferring your registration to another program, usually for no additional fee. Refunds must be requested 48 hours before a program meets for the second time or no refund will be issued. To swim for Oak Park MASTERS, you must be a member of US Masters Swimming.
