This energetic fitness class in water is a fun way to exercise this summer. Our expert Aqua Aerobics instructor will lead you though a set of Zumba and Aquatic Fitness workouts that are designed to give you the boost you need for the rest of your day! No experience required. Ages 14+

This class takes place in shallow water.

Required age: Over 14 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: The Park District understands that schedules change and are happy to accommodate refund requests when possible. If you would like, staff are happy to assist you in transferring your registration to another program, usually for no additional fee. Refunds must be requested 48 hours before a program meets for the second time or no refund will be issued.
