Description:
Join us, this month, for a free workshop lead by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). This month we will discuss the topic of mental health. We will learn the signs/symptoms of mental health conditions and discuss the stigma and how it hinders understanding, growth, and healing. Our NAMI led staff will compare the definitions of stress and anxiety plus we will discuss the warning signs of suicide and methods of prevention. All are welcome.
