Notes: All players new to the Ice Bears must pass Mighty Cub 4 and/or pass an evaluation of skating ability with the Hockey Coordinator or Program Supervisor. *Any deposits and payments made prior to withdrawing from the program at any point are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the Park District of Oak Park.
