Description:
This is where a Host will register as for Shoot Around Arkansas Tournament.
Who can be a Host?
Anyone wanting to hold a shoot for the tournament. Clubs, Pro-shops with ranges, Ranges, Schools, Individuals, etc. Must be in Arkansas (Participants may reside in other states)

- Increase statewide awareness
- Raise participation & funds
- Mutual advertising
- Challenge your local archers
- Join a community of archery organizers
Important Dates:
- January 1st - Host registration fee increases (from $25 to $45)
- March 1st - Deadline for host registration & Deadline to submit your FIRST shoot
- May 1st - Deadline to submit all other shoots
- April 1st - Tournament begins
- May 31st - Tournament ends
- June 22nd - Awards Night
What are my responsibilities as a Host Site?
- Advertise shoots (Social, flyers, emails, however you can!)
- Hang SAAT banner (provided) at all Shoots
- Provide a safe range
- Ensure SAAT format guidelines are followed (see below)
- Print, collect, stamp, and submit SAAT score cards
- Optional: provide awards for shoots
- Provide a door prize item for Award Night (awards will be covered by Tournament Organizer)
What formats can I use to Host a shoot?
- 3D Shoots: ASA Pro/Am Format
- Indoor Shoots: NFAA Vegas Format
- Outdoor Shoots: USA Archery Virtual Tournament Format
How can I advertise my Club/Business to participants?
When you submit a shoot day/time/info, it will be added to a calendar of events for the Tournament so Participants can search for ones to attend.
As you check out, you have the option of becoming a sponsor, then you'll have your logo placed on every particpant packet and on a Banner that will be at the organizer's shoots & Award Night.

Required age: Over 8 years old on the day of the activity
