Ready to take the next step in your archery journey? If you're looking to deepen your knowledge, increase your skills, and learn more about the art of archery, this class is for you! If you’ve recently been to the range, know the whistle commands, and have a basic understanding of how to shoot an arrow at a target, you’re ready for this next level of training.
Join this small, personalized class designed for archers of all levels. Whether you're shooting a traditional, compound, recurve, or barebow, our instructors will tailor the curriculum to meet your specific needs. We’ll focus on the essential steps of shooting, building a solid foundation based on the National Training System’s progressive approach. Expect plenty of practice and skill development as you refine your technique.
In this course, you'll learn the technical terminology for parts of the bow and arrow, explore different equipment options, and gain the skills necessary to shoot accurately, score your shots, and journal your progress for future success.

This program is suitable for adults and children ages 10 and up.
All programs at The Quiver are led by USA Archery & SafeSport Certified instructors.
Lessons are curiated by a USA Archery Level 3 Coach

Required age: Over 10 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: No refunds will be issued for this purchase unless Peel Compton Foundation cancels the program due to low participation or weather.
Prerequisites: Adults and children ages 10+ Recommended: Attend a public hour at the Quiver prior to class, a Try Archery or similar experience (NASP or other experience with range controlled by Whistles)
More information: Be sure to wear closed toe shoes to the range and leave any dangling jewelry at home.
