Description:

Swimmers can choose to swim competitively or non-competitively. Practices will focus on breathing techniques and improving strokes while refining overall fitness and endurance. The competitive program will have approximately six meets with most scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

To join, competitive and noncompetitive swimmers must be able to comfortably swim with their face in the water for 25 yards.

An informational meeting will be scheduled for the swimmers and parents during the week before the program starts. Watch your email for an official date and time.
