Refunds and Cancellation

All cancellation and changes requests need to be received by email to pirouetterg@gmail.com or info@pirouetterg.com . Customer cancellation A full refund will be issued if written request is received prior first class of the program. After the first week of the session credit only will be issued for remaining classes of the program, less GO fee (non refundable) and $35 administration fee. All class transfers of parents request will be charged $35 administration fee. Class transfer requested by coach - administration fees are not charged. Refund policy for medical reasons Written note from medical professional must be submitted to Pirouette. Pirouette will calculate amount for missing classes and 50% refund will be issued to the family.

Pirouette cancellation Refunds are not available for classes/camps temporarily suspended or cancelled as a result of compliance with Federal, Provincial, or Municipal authorities orders that are beyond the control of Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. The club reserves the right to combine classes in order to achieve a minimum of 3 athletes for the class to run. There will be no administration fee charged. In case of severe weather conditions (tornado warnings, severe snow storms, icy conditions) and power outages, classes may be cancelled. No refunds or credits will be given. We will strive to provide make up classes in these events.

Gymnastics Ontario fee GO and insurance fee is mandatorily charged by Gymnastics Ontario once per year for all gymnasts, coverage for July 1st- June 30th.This fee is transferred to GO directly and is not refundable. If you already paid GO fee for the season to another club, please contact us and you will not be required to pay this fee again. We reserve the right to terminate/suspend registration until payment as non-compliance may lead to fines and sanctions against our facility by Gymnastics Ontario.

Classes with less than 3 participants might be merged with another time slot or cancelled.
