Spring Soccer/SAQ Class

Mondays 5:00PM - 6:30PM

Our Soccer + SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) after-school program is a positive high-energy environment where kids will engage in a variety of games and activities that develop soccer fundamentals—dribbling, passing, and shooting—while also enhancing speed, agility, and coordination through playful SAQ drills.

The focus is on play—encouraging kids to move freely, experiment with new skills, and enjoy the game without the pressure of competition. This program combines structured soccer practice with dynamic, game-based activities that allow young athletes to learn through fun, interactive play, building confidence and a love for the sport.

Perfect for children of all levels, this program provides the opportunity to grow as a player while having a blast on the field!
