Let us discuss the amazing importance of Coast Live Oak trees,  (Quercus agrifolia) and the interesting facts as a foundational plant species in the Oak Woodland environments in which many organisms, insects, plants and animals depend on. 

Meet at the Nature Center. The hike starts at 9:30, dress in layers and good walking/hiking shoes. Bring water and sun protection.
