Here are all the available 2023 Vendor Opportunities for food and dessert trucks, goods and services, and information vendors. Food and Dessert Truck vendor spaces will be limited at each event. 

If paying by check, please call the District office to register (M-F 8am-5pm, 805-482-1996).

All vendors making a sale at an event will need to provide a copy of the Camarillo Business Tax Certificate. Please call Briana Ramos, 805-482-1996 x116 if you have any questions. A Camarillo Business Tax Certificate is not required for Easter Eggstravaganza or Santa's Village vendors.

Prior to registration, all Food and Dessert vendors will need to provide current copies of Camarillo Business Tax Certificate, Ventura County MFF Permit, and Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement Form naming PVRPD as additionally insured. 

Payment is due no later than 2 weeks BEFORE event date.
