Looking for a fun way to keep your homeschool student active this school year? Join us for Homeschool Gym & Swim at the Grand Lake Health/Premier Health South YMCA! Each class is designed to help children develop physical literacy, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence through a variety of age-appropriate games, sports, fitness activities, and cooperative challenges. 

Classes meet every Wednesday from 11AM-Noon throughout the school year. There will be no classes on school holidays, breaks, or weather related closures (snow days). The 2026-2027 session runs September 9th through May 25th. 

Registration is offered monthly at a rate of $15 per child for non-members and $10 for members. Daily drop-ins are accepted at a rate of $5 per child for non-members and $3 for members. 

The last Wednesday of every month is family swim. Please bring towels and swimsuits. All children under 7 must have a parent in the water. All children 7-11 must have a parent on deck. Those unable to pass a yellow or green band swim test but be in a Coast Guard approved life jacket.
