There will be a visit to the program by one of our indigenous staff members to share perspectives on our relationship with the land.

Pour les programmes la fin de semaine: - Il y a un dépôt non-remboursable équivalent à 5% du prix total pour chaque inscription au programme. - Toute demande d'annulation d'inscription effectuée 8 jours ou plus avant le début du programme sera remboursée (moins le dépôt de 5% du prix total). - Pour toute demande d'annulation d'inscription effectuée 7 jours ou moins avant le début du programme, nous garderons 25% du prix total du programme et le reste vous sera remboursé. - Pour toute demande d'annulation faite une fois que le programme a commencé, un remboursement vous sera émis une fois que votre place aura été comblée par quelqu'un d'autre. Le remboursement s'appliquera uniquement pour les journées de programme restantes une fois la place comblée. Dans le cas des programmes pour les jeunes: si votre enfant hésite à participer, veuillez nous contacter et nous pourrons organiser une journée d’essai avant qu’il ne s’engage à participer pour l’entièreté du programme. Si un participant doit annuler sa participation à l’entièreté du programme pour des raisons médicales, un remboursement intégral lui sera octroyé après réception d’une preuve médicale (ex. : une note d’un professionnel de santé). Dans les cas où : nos instructeurs tomberaient gravement malade à la dernière minute, où le nombre d’inscriptions serait trop bas, où d’autres circonstances hors de notre contrôle empêcheraient le bon déroulement des activités, des programmes pourraient être annulés. Les participants recevront alors un remboursement intégral pour le(s) jour(s) perdu(s), ou nous leur proposerons une date de rattrapage pour le programme annulé. --- CANCELLATION POLICY Please write to us by email at programmescoyote.office@gmail.com in order to cancel your registration. For Weekend Programs: - A 5% non-refundable deposit of the total program fee is required upon registration. - Cancellation made 8 days or more prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus the non-refundable deposit. - Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the program start date will result in the retention of 25% of the total program fee. - For cancellations made after the program has started, refunds will only be provided if the vacated spot is filled by another participant and will apply only to the remaining days of the program after the spot has been filled. For youth programs: if your child is unsure whether they would like to participate, please contact us and we would be happy to arrange a trial day before committing to the program. If a participant must withdraw from an entire program for medical reasons a full refund will be issued, upon receipt of medical evidence (such as a note from a health practitioner). In the event of low registration, last-minute debilitating illness of instructors, or other circumstances out of our control, programs may be cancelled. Participants will receive a full refund for the day(s) missed, or be offered a make-up program date.
