Description:
Les jeunes de 13 à 17 ans feront des activités visant à en apprendre davantage sur l’écologie, la faune et la flore du Parc Angrignon. Ce programme comprend une excursion: Cette année, nous comptons visiter Kahnawake au moins deux fois. Kahnawake est située à 12 minutes du parc Angrignon de l'autre côté du pont Mercier. Là-bas, les participants peuvent faire des feux, cueillir des plantes, construires des abris et apprendre sur l'histoire et la culture Kanien'kehá:ka. Vous serez informés des dates de ces visites à Kahnawake dans le document d'accueil qui sera envoyé avant le début du programme. Nous encourageons les parents à covoiturer. --- Youth between 13 - 17 years old will participate in activities that build connections with the flora, fauna and ecology of the Parc Angrignon. This Program includes 1 camping trip: During this year this program will visit at least twice our location and staff from Kahnawake. 12 minutes from Angrignon park, across the Mercier bridge, participants can make fires, harvest plants, build epic forts, and also learn about indigenous culture and history. We'll let you know when those dates are in the welcome package we'll send before the program starts. We encourage and help facilitate carpooling so that the drive out is less of a stressor.
