Description:
Description Marshmallow towers, fizz balls, pipe cleaner puppets, pixel art, flying machines, and more! Every week, children engage in 4 different stations that encourage exploration in hundreds of different mix and match projects with a variety of materials all of which promote problem solving. Children are given freedom to explore of all stations or branch out to tinker, free draw on butcher paper, work on beading, or create paperworks projects. Instructor Taylor Vecchio is the founder and director of Voices Advance which specializes in progressive youth development approaches and out-of-school-time learning. Voices Advance offers comprehensive after school and summer program design, youth development staff trainings, program quality improvement, and site director coaching.
